Portobello “Bun” Turkey Burger

Amazing low-carb turkey burger recipe, simple enough to whip up for a quick dinner!

Ingredients:
-package of lean ground turkey
-salt and pepper,
-1/2 yellow onion
-2 cloves of garlic
-1tbsp Worcestershire
-1 tsp chili powder
-1/2 cup Parmesan
-extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
-4 portobello mushroom
-1 cup of spinach
-1/2 cup fresh mozzarella

Preheat oven to 450 degrees and heat a nonstick skillet as well.

Bake portobello mushrooms in oven for 12 minutes. Combine meat with s&p through Parmesan cheese. Form
Meat into 4 patties and cook in skillet.

Take mushrooms out and top with spinach and cheese. Bake for another 2 minutes. Now put your turkey buyer on your portobello “bun” and voila, enjoy!
